I know it's been quite a while since I've posted - life has been too difficult to cut through to get to the "pretty stuff" most of us see and discuss on our blogs. I'm praying that 2010 will be a better year for all of us facing challenging circumstances.
With that said, when it seems all may be lost....sit still and listen. Really listen.
What I heard were the sounds of a delighted baby boy (15 mos.) giggling while his Daddy (our son) chased him around the room that he himself grew up in. My heart is full. When my heart is full, all things seem possible.

I too hope that 2010 will be a better year. And sometimes we just need to stop & really see what is right in front of us. Glad to hear you were able to do that at least for a little while. I'm so glad fate stepped in and you found my blog, so I could find you! :) We do sound like kindred spirits...........all things pink, all things cottage and all things romantic. :) I hope 2010 brings you joy, hope, peace and love. (it sounds like you already have love if you have a 15 month old grandbaby giggling in your house) :) We only live a little over an hour away from each other!
